  • How often do I need to get certified?

    Certification frequency varies based on the specific service. Kitchen exhaust cleaning may be required monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Fire suppression services typically need certification every six months, while fire extinguishers require annual certification.

  • Do you offer price contracts?

    Yes, we provide service contracts with fixed pricing for our clients.

  • Do you offer emergency services?

    We offer round-the-clock emergency services with a typical response time of 90 minutes. Our emergency services cover issues such as kitchen smoke, non-functioning PCUs, fire suppression system activations, and other urgent matters.

  • Do you correct fire code violations?

    We address all fire code violations for commercial kitchens issued by the FDNY or other authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
